ITOW Yoshitaka

ITOW Yoshitaka is a faculty member at The University of Tokyo, Department of PHY. His research focuses on neutrino physics, dark matter, and astroparticle physics. He has contributed to neutrino and dark matter physics since the launch of Super-Kamiokande and is involved in the development of its successor, Hyper-Kamiokande. His work includes precision measurements of neutrino oscillations, hadronic interaction models, and liquid xenon dark matter searches in XENONnT. He is also engaged in R&D for next-generation detectors in XLZD. His research bridges particle physics and astrophysics, exploring new physics beyond the Standard Model.
