Regular biography
WANG Dongmei is an associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include musculoskeletal system biomechanics, prosthesis design and biomechanical analysis, biomechanics in orthopedics and rehabilitation, and stress-bone remodeling simulation. She has led several research projects, including studies on astronaut biomechanics and gait simulation. WANG has published extensively in journals such as the Journal of Biomechanics and International Endodontic Journal, and has contributed to the development of biomechanical simulation tools. She teaches undergraduate courses in mechanical design and design and manufacturing.
