Regular biography
MENG Xianghui is a professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include engineering tribology and reliability, multidisciplinary coupled modeling and simulation, on-line measurement, and design for life-time performance. He has led numerous research projects, including studies on friction and lubrication technologies for marine engines and wind turbines, as well as industry collaborative projects focused on lubrication reliability and friction reduction. His work has resulted in several published papers in reputable journals such as Tribology International and Physics of Fluids.
