Regular biography
LONG Xinhua is a Faculty member in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include Dynamics and Control, Nonlinear Vibrations. He has led several research projects, including "Active Delay Control for the Vibration Milling with Thin-walled Structure" and "The Dynamics of High Speed Machining with Non-smooth Delay Effect." LONG has published numerous papers in journals such as Journal of Sound and Vibration, Meccanica, and Journal of Computational and Nonlinear Dynamics. He has also presented at conferences such as IMECE and IDETC. LONG is affiliated with the Institute of Vibration, Shock & Noise at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
