Regular biography
LIU Pengfei is an Assistant Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, affiliated with the Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology. His research interests include reactor safety, thermal hydraulic of reactor, and instrumentation and control systems in nuclear power plants. He has led multiple research projects related to nuclear reactor safety and thermal-hydraulic analysis, supported by national and industry initiatives. Liu has also contributed to the development of simulation platforms and conducted experimental studies on various nuclear engineering challenges. He teaches courses on reactor operation and control, nuclear power plant control systems, and related advanced topics at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
