Regular biography
LIU Chengliang is a Faculty member in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include network-based remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance, mechatronics and intelligent robots, mechanical and electronic integration, and 3S (GPS, GIS, RS) agricultural equipment. He has led several national and key research projects, including the national key research and development program on full-section tunneling equipment and the national natural science foundation project on ultra-high speed elevator dynamic design. He is also the director of the Institute of Mechatronics & control and a supervisor of Ph.D. students. His work has resulted in numerous patents and publications in international journals.
