Li Yongbing is a faculty member in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include multi-physics modeling and simulation of welding and joining processes, magnetic assisted welding technology, advanced joining of lightweight and dissimilar materials, and smart monitoring and control of welding and joining processes.
