Regular biography
Li Yanming is an associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include agricultural robots, mobile robots in unstructured environments, perception and adaptive control in unstructured environments, machine vision and visual servo, and autonomous driving. He has led projects such as the National Key Research and Development Project on intelligent control systems for autonomous tractor operations in hilly areas. His work includes publications in journals such as the Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and IEEE conferences. He has also contributed to teaching in system modeling, analysis, and mechatronic system design.
