Regular biography
JING Jianping is a Faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include rotordynamics, fault diagnosis of rotating machinery, mechanical strength and reliability, mechanical vibration, and noise. He has conducted extensive research on dynamic fracture, nonlinear dynamical behavior, and real-time measurement methods for journal bearings. JING has published numerous papers in reputable journals such as Journal of Sound and Vibration, ASME Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbines and Power, and International Journal of Pressure Vessels and Piping. He has also contributed to various research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Additionally, he holds several patents related to blade tip pressure field measurement and journal bearing dynamic pressure distribution.
