Regular biography
GU Hanyang is a Faculty member in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Their research interests include nuclear thermal hydraulics, two-phase flow, and fuel assembly design. GU has contributed to various research projects, including studies on heat transfer in supercritical water and numerical simulations of turbulent flow in nuclear systems. They have published extensively in journals such as Progress in Nuclear Energy, Experimental Thermal and Fluid Science, and Annals of Nuclear Energy. GU is affiliated with the Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology and has held positions as Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor at the School of Nuclear Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
