Regular biography
DU Zhengchun is an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on error measurement, modeling, and compensation of CNC machine tools, including geometrical error, thermal error, and cutting force-induced error. He has conducted extensive research on precision detection and manufacturing, with a particular emphasis on dimensional measurement using computer image processing. DU has been involved in several national and major science and technology projects, including research on comprehensive error modeling and on-line dynamic compensation of machine tools. His work has been published in numerous international journals and conferences, contributing significantly to the field of manufacturing engineering.
