Regular biography
CHEN Lu is a Faculty member in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include modeling and optimization of production and logistics systems, operations management of service systems, and optimization in maritime terminals. CHEN has conducted various research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National High Technology Research and Development Program. He has published extensively in international journals such as the International Journal of Production Research and European Journal of Operational Research. CHEN also teaches courses in supply chain management, experimental industrial engineering, and special English in logistics engineering.
