Gu Dawu (Chief Scientist)

Gu Dawu is a Faculty member at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Department of Computer Science. His research interests include cryptography theory and novel cryptographic algorithms, cryptographic system and application security, data security and digital trust technologies, and blockchain applications. He is the founder of the Laboratory of Cryptography and Computer Security (LoCCS) and has led the establishment of the Institute of Information Security and Cryptography (IISec). He has held various leadership roles within the university and has been involved in numerous research projects and academic activities. His work has contributed significantly to the fields of cryptography and information security.
