Fu Yuxi

Fu Yuxi is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests focus on theoretical computer science, including type theory, concurrency theory, and the theory of interaction. He has contributed to the study of computation and interaction models, particularly through his work on the expressiveness of interaction. Fu has served as the chair of the department from 1999 to 2009 and is currently the dean of the School of Software. He is also the director of the BASICS laboratory and the MoE-MS Joint Key Laboratory on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems. He teaches algorithm and recursion theory courses.
