Regular biography
ZHANG Shengdong is a professor at Peking University, affiliated with the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering. His research interests include nano-scale integrated circuit devices, thin film transistor (TFT) devices and circuits, TFT LCD display, and flexible display. He has been engaged in research and development work for over ten years in several large research institutes, including the 625 Institute of the former Ministry of Aviation, 55 Institute of the former Ministry of Electronics, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He joined Peking University in 2002 and is currently the Executive Dean of the School of Information Engineering.
