Chen Shaochuan

Dr. Chen Shaochuan is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Peking University. His research interests include novel materials and electron devices, with a focus on resistive switching memory technologies. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany and is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (Overseas). His work has been published in top journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, and Nano Letters.

Shaochuan Chen is a researcher focused on electron devices, electronic materials, and advanced memory technologies.
