JIN Yufeng

JIN Yufeng is a Faculty member in the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering at Peking University. His research focuses on micro systems integration and micro systems packaging technology. He has conducted research in optoelectronics, microelectronics, and microelectromechanical systems at various institutions, including the 55 Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronics, Peking University, and the Singapore Manufacturing Technology Research Institute. He has participated in national key scientific and technological research projects, including the National 863 project and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. From 2001 to 2004, he was a visiting researcher at SIMTech in Singapore, and in 2007, he conducted visiting research at ASTRI in Hong Kong. He has published over 60 academic papers and holds three invention patents.
