Vivian Feig is an Instructor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. By courtesy, she is also affiliated with the Materials Science and Engineering department. She is the Reid and Polly Anderson Faculty Fellow. The Feig lab focuses on developing low-cost, noninvasive, and widely-accessible medical technologies that integrate seamlessly with the human body. The lab develops functional materials and devices with dynamic mechanical properties, leveraging chemistry and physics insights to engineer novel systems at multiple length scales.
