Curtis Callan is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Physics at Princeton University. His research interests include Biological Physics and High Energy Theory. He has contributed to quantum field theory, string theory, dissipative quantum mechanics, and the quantum fracture of materials. His recent work has focused on theoretical problems in cellular biology, involving the design and analysis of novel experiments to address unconventional, theoretically motivated questions in biology.
