Ben Raphael

Ben Raphael is a Professor of Computer Science Research at Princeton University, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science. His research focuses on computational methods for analyzing large-scale biological data, with an emphasis on cancer evolution, network/pathway analysis of genetic variants, and structural variation in human and cancer genomes. His work has been applied in projects from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC).
