Kai Li is the Paul M. Wythes and Marcia R. Wythes Professor in Computer Science at Princeton University. He earned his Ph.D. from Yale University in 1986 and joined Princeton the same year. His research interests include machine learning for systems, privacy preservation for machine learning, data auditing, and computational neuroscience. In 2001, he co-founded Data Domain Inc., which was acquired by EMC Corp. in 2009. Professor Li is an ACM fellow, IEEE fellow, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the Washington State Academy of Sciences. He has also been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
