Stephen Broadberry

Stephen Broadberry is Professor of Economics at the University of Oxford, affiliated with Nuffield College. He has served as Editor of the Economic History Review and the European Review of Economic History, and as President of the Economic History Society and the European Historical Economics Society. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and a Research Theme Leader at CAGE, University of Warwick. Broadberry is also Director of the Economic History Programme at CEPR. His teaching and research have included positions at the London School of Economics, the Universities of Warwick and Cardiff, and visiting roles at several international institutions.
