Romain Lopez

Romain Lopez is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Biology at New York University, affiliated with the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. His research interests include single-cell and spatial omics data, generative models for biological applications, perturbation modeling in cellular systems, and computational biology.
