Bettina Kemme

Bettina Kemme is a Professor in the School of Computer Science at McGill University. Her research interests include databases, networks, parallel and distributed systems, and computer games. She is involved in projects related to communication and information management, such as supporting in-database analytics, performance monitoring in the cloud, and software design for micro-architecture. Kemme teaches courses such as COMP 512 Distributed Systems and COMP 421 Database Systems. She is looking for undergraduate students for a COMP 395/COMP 400 project exploring quantum programming libraries and graduate students for the Sustainable Data Systems for Data Science program.
