Paul Kelly is a Professor of Software Technology at the Department of Computing, Imperial College London. His research interests include programming languages, compilers, parallel computing, domain-specific tools and libraries, performance issues, irregular and data-intensive applications, performance evaluation, modelling, prediction, and computer systems. He is the head of the Software Performance Optimisation research group and co-Director of the Centre for Computational Methods in Science and Engineering. He also serves as Director of Industrial Liaison for the Centre for Doctoral Training in High-performance Embedded and Distributed Systems (HiPEDS).
