About
Regular biography
Dr Daniel Preston is a Fellow at The Australian National University's Research School of Chemistry. His research focuses on supramolecular chemistry, specifically the formation of complex architectures from metal ions and organic ligands in solution. He works on discrete systems and has a background in chemistry, having completed his undergraduate and doctoral studies at the University of Otago. He was previously a Rutherford Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Canterbury (NZ). Dr Preston's work is supported by his affiliation with the Preston Group, and he is currently a DECRA Fellow at ANU.
