Yun Liu

Prof. Yun Liu is a Fellow at The Australian National University's Research School of Chemistry. Her research spans fundamental and applied materials science, focusing on the relationship between material chemistry, structure, and properties to design novel functional materials for applications in electronics, energy systems, and environmental solutions. She leads the Functional Materials Research Group and has contributed to significant advancements in polar functional materials and electronic technology. Her work includes the development of a world-first full crystallography database of materials (FCDM) and has led to over 320 publications and 40 issued patents.
