Ricarda Beckmann

Ricarda Beckmann is a Fellow at The University of Edinburgh, affiliated with the School of Physics and Astronomy. She is based at the Royal Observatory, Edinburgh (ROE) and holds the title of UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. Her research focuses on astrophysics, particularly in the areas of black holes, galaxy evolution, and cosmic simulations. Beckmann's work includes contributions to multi-messenger astronomy and the study of massive black holes in galaxy simulations. She is actively involved in research collaborations and has published in leading journals such as Astronomy & Astrophysics and the Astrophysical Journal.
