Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics for the Seoul Journal of Business (SJB) is a set of guidelines established by the College of Business, Seoul National University (SNU), to ensure research integrity and ethical standards in academic publishing. It outlines principles for researchers, editors, and reviewers, emphasizing the prevention of misconduct such as fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, and improper authorship. The code also details procedures for handling allegations of research misconduct, including investigation processes, disciplinary actions, and the protection of rights for both respondents and whistleblowers. The SJB Code of Ethics was initially enacted in 2007 and revised in 2019 to align with evolving academic standards.
