Michail Maniatakos is a Global Network Associate Professor and Research Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at New York University. His research interests include encrypted computation and industrial control systems security. Maniatakos holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus, followed by Master's degrees in Embedded Systems and Computer Engineering from the University of Piraeus and Yale University, respectively. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University in 2012. Maniatakos is affiliated with the NYU Center for Cybersecurity, where he contributes to interdisciplinary research in cybersecurity.
