Sundeep Rangan

Sundeep Rangan is a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He serves as Director of NYU WIRELESS, an industry-academic research center focused on next-generation wireless systems. Dr. Rangan holds a B.A.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, both in Electrical Engineering. He has held postdoctoral appointments at the University of Michigan and Bell Labs and co-founded Flarion Technologies, which was acquired by Qualcomm Technologies. He joined NYU Tandon in 2010 and is a Fellow of the IEEE. His research interests include wireless communications, signal processing, and information theory.
