Regular biography
Niall Roche is a Lecturer in the Business Department at University College London. He is affiliated with the UCL School of Management and the UCL Institute for Communications and Connected Systems (ICCS). Roche provides tech mentorship to UCL spin-out companies and companies based at IDEALondon and StartupBootcamp’s IOT accelerator. He teaches Software Engineering for the IMB programme and courses on Predictive Analytics and Programming for Business Analytics. Roche is involved in an EU 5G project called TRIANGLE, focusing on how SMEs can use the pre-5G Testbed to innovate with 5G networks and infrastructure. He has advised the UK government on their 5G Testbed and Trials programmes and participated in parliamentary briefings on 5G innovation.
