Regular biography
Mauricio Pettinato Lucio is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the UCL School of Management, University College London. He is an Adjunct Lecturer for the MSIN0047 - Entrepreneurial Finance module within the MSc Entrepreneurship programme. With a background in geology and mineral engineering, Mauricio has founded multiple businesses and led two consultancy firms in the mineral and environmental sector in São Paulo, Brazil. His professional experience includes managing technical and financial operations as a Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and a MSc in Mineral Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), as well as a MSc in Entrepreneurship from UCL. His research interests include finance, emerging technologies, and sustainable entrepreneurship.
