Duncan N. Angwin

Duncan N. Angwin is Professor of Strategic Management and Director of Executive Education at the UCL School of Management. He is also an Honorary Professor at the University of Nottingham and a member of the Toulouse School of Management International Advisory Board. His research focuses on strategic management, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has published extensively on these topics and is recognised as the most published academic on Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe. He has authored or co-authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles and 14 books, including the widely acclaimed textbook Exploring Strategy.
