Regular biography
Vivianna Fang He is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the School of Management, University College London (UCL). Her research focuses on collaboration in innovation activities, with publications in leading science and management journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Academy of Management Annuals. Her current work explores how digital technologies shape collaboration dynamics, both human-human and human-AI, to address organizational challenges. She earned her PhD in Management from the School of Business, George Washington University, and previously worked at ETH Zürich, ESSEC Business School, and University of St Gallen, where she co-founded the Institute of Responsible Innovation. She is affiliated with the UCL School of Management.
