Piyush Gulati is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the UCL School of Management, University College London. His research focuses on the interplay of structure, human capital, and digital technologies in organizations, with an emphasis on how these dynamics influence performance, particularly in the context of organizational events such as Mergers and Acquisitions. Gulati employs quantitative methods and granular archival data to explore how human capital and digital technologies can foster collaboration within organizations. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a consultant for six years, supporting clients on M&A and Technology projects.
