Regular biography
Sarah Warnes is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business at University College London. She joined the School of Management in 2013 and serves as School Lead for Academic Integrity. Warnes leads two courses: Understanding Management and Extended Project (Dissertation). She has tutored and lectured across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in management, leadership, strategy, reflective practice, change, research methodology, and dissertation completion. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has experience in developing modules, including all aspects of delivery, assessment, and feedback. Prior to joining the public sector, she worked for a private training company committed to workplace training, where she spent two years setting up operations in the UAE. She is a Senior Fellow of the HEA and holds a Doctorate from Essex Business School, University of Essex. Her PhD explored the lived dimension of organisational space in an English Cathedral.
