Dr Lorenzo Todorow di San Giorgio is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Head of Executive Coaching at UCL School of Management. He teaches modules such as Leading Global Teams and Coaching Skills for Leaders, grounded in behavioural science. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (ACTC), he supports senior leaders and teams through coaching and learning practices. His work focuses on human skills like emotional intelligence and trust, aiming to build resilient, high-performing cultures. He holds a BA and MA in Philosophy and a PhD in Organisational Behaviour. His research on multi-stakeholder dialogue and responsible leadership has been presented internationally. He has received awards including the UCL Change Maker Award and the AMBA Award for the MBA Labs.
