Regular biography
Dr Jennifer Lynch is Associate Professor (Education) at the UCL School of Management and Programme Director for the MSc Creativity, Innovation & Leadership. She is an organisational psychologist, executive coach, facilitator, and TEDx speaker whose work explores the psychological barriers and enablers of creative engagement. Her PhD in Organisational Behaviour from London Business School underpins her teaching and leadership development programmes. Prior to academia, Jennifer worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Dubai and contributed to economic development projects in Pakistan. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and BSFS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
