Greg Fetzer is an Assistant Professor at the UCL School of Management, affiliated with the Organisations & Innovation group. He earned his BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University and his MS and PhD in Organization Studies from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Prior to joining UCL, he was a faculty member at the University of Liverpool Management School. His research focuses on the challenges and triumphs of creative work, particularly how individuals find meaning and purpose in their jobs, with an emphasis on collective and temporal aspects. His work has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, and Organizational Research Methods. He teaches courses on creating humane, creative, and meaningful workplaces at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
