Nitya Chawla

Dr. Nitya Chawla is an Associate Professor in the Organisations and Innovations Group at University College London’s School of Management. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Arizona in 2020, after which she worked at Texas A&M University (2020-2023) and the University of Minnesota (2023-2026). Her research explores issues tied to diversity and inclusion within organizations, employee well-being, and factors that prompt successful job searches. Her work has been published in several top-tier journals, and she is an editorial review board member of multiple journals. She is also a guest editor for special issues on women’s reproductive health and work, and advancing understanding of grief in organizations.
