Davide Ravasi

Davide Ravasi is a Professor at the UCL School of Management, where he serves as Director. His research focuses on the interrelations among organizational identity, culture, and strategy during times of change. He has held academic positions at Cass Business School, London, and Bocconi University, Milano, where he earned his PhD in Business Administration and Management. Ravasi has been a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Aalto School of Business and other institutions. He has contributed to several academic journals and edited the Oxford Handbook of Organizational Identity. His work explores how organizational identity and culture influence strategic change and innovation, with a particular emphasis on cultural-cognitive processes.
