Raina Brands

Raina Brands is a Professor at the UCL School of Management, where she serves as Lead (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion). Her research integrates the study of social networks and gender stereotypes to examine gender inequalities in organizational life. Brands explores how these factors influence performance, reputation, and leadership, as well as women’s persistence in underrepresented fields. Her work has been presented at leading international conferences and published in top management journals. She is also the founder of Career Equally, an organization aimed at helping women and their employers address career bias.
