Regular biography
Jenny Chu is a Professor of Financial Accounting at the University of Cambridge, affiliated with the Cambridge Judge Business School. She serves as Deputy Director of the Centre for Financial Reporting and Accountability (CFRA) and is a Fellow of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre and the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF). Her research interests include corporate and sovereign disclosure, corporate governance, management incentives, and gender diversity. Chu combines teaching and research with a background in investment banking and portfolio management. Her work has been published in journals such as Management Science and the Review of Accounting Studies, and has been featured in media outlets including the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal.
