Neil Morrison

Neil Morrison is a Senior Lecturer in Applied Mathematics at The University of Manchester, Department of Mathematics. His research focuses on mathematical modelling and simulation of advanced materials, including fluid, solid, and composite materials. Morrison has contributed to various research areas, such as experimental characterization, mechanical testing, and sustainable development goals. His work includes studies on syntactic foams, thermoplastics, and microspheres, as well as research on land use planning in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Institute of Teaching and Learning (Manchester).
