Dr Ian Stewart is a Reader in Management Education at The University of Manchester, Department of Civil Engineering and Management. He lectures in Project Management, Commercial Management of Projects, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. His research interests include the history of British industrial management, the impact of AI on the professional status of Project Managers, and the 'Dark Side' of games and simulations in project management education. Dr Stewart holds visiting lectureships at Ecole d'Ingnieurs en Genie des Systmes Industriels, La Rochelle and Paris Sciences et Lettres. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
