Elizabeth Lewis

Elizabeth Lewis is a Senior Lecturer in Fluid Mechanics / Hydraulics at The University of Manchester, Department of Civil Engineering and Management. Her research focuses on hydrological data and modelling, with an emphasis on climate impacts. She works on improving hydrological data quality and quantity, including the use of novel datasets and software for quality control. Her second area of focus involves developing computer models to project flood and drought characteristics under climate change. She is also involved in science communication and contributes to multiple Sustainable Development Goals.
