Elika Aminian

Elika Aminian is a Lecturer in Management at The University of Manchester, Department of Civil Engineering. She is involved in teaching and coordinating units within the Management of Projects group, including the People and Organisations unit. Her research interests focus on organisational behaviour within project-oriented organisations and inter-firm commercial relations in the construction sector. Prior to her current role, she was a lecturer at The University of Cumbria and has experience in the construction industry. Her work contributes to several UN Sustainable Development Goals, including Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Climate Action.
