Tiezheng Qian is a distinguished professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also affiliated with the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) as a visiting professor. Dr. Qian is renowned for his groundbreaking research in fluid dynamics, particularly in the areas of interfacial phenomena, contact line dynamics, and multiphase flows.
