Regular biography
Dr Vincenzo Abbate is a Reader in Bioanalysis at King's College London, Department of Biology. His research interests include forensic and analytical toxicology, anti-doping science, and the study of biofilms. He leads a research group of ten researchers and serves as Programme Director for the MSc in Analytical Toxicology. Dr Abbate is also President of the IUPAC Subcommittee on Toxicology and Risk Assessment and a member of several scientific societies. He has authored over 85 peer-reviewed publications and is involved in various research initiatives at King's College London.
